Sam’s doctor appointment went well on Wednesday. Dr. Sholar said he was doing good. Marker levels still weren’t down to normal but she will check them again when he goes back to the hospital to stay for the week on Jan 23rd.His weight has been fluctuating. He weighed 194 before he went to the hospital. The day he checked out he weighed 214 (from all the fluids) and on Wednesday he weighed 187. He is getting his appetite back and fatigue is his main complaint at this point. Overall though he is doing pretty good.
Meanwhile I have a head cold/sinus junk so I’m going to the doctor this afternoon. Also, Ethan threw up at 4am this morning. . . sigh. So he is with Grandma today. Pray for us. Especially that Sam doesn’t catch whatever Ethan and I have.
We’ve been blessed with meals, financial gifts, cards and even diapers for Nora! The Lord is providing and encouraging us through his people each step of the way. We are so thankful!
